Lauren Williams
Journalist — Editor
Before that, I was an editor for the arts and culture team at WBUR, Boston’s NPR station. I began my time there as the station’s arts reporting fellow.
Previously, I worked at The Paris Review as an editorial intern. I fact-checked stories and evaluated poetry, fiction, and non-fiction submissions. I also contributed to the magazine’s weekly culture column, the “Review’s Review.”
I graduated with a master’s degree from Columbia Journalism School in August 2021. While there, I reported on stories about race and culture, Gen Z candidates in local elections, and historic preservation in the city.
I graduated Magna Cum Laude and received Global Communications Departmental Honors from the American University of Paris in 2020. As an undergraduate, I was the editor-in-chief of the school’s student culture magazine.
I speak and read in French and love literature, art, and solo-traveling. While living in Paris, I interned on the production team at Maison Margiela, where I assisted photographers and stylists.
